As the AIDS pandemic threatens to overwhelm Zimbabwe’s health care resources, increasing numbers of terminally ill patients go home to die with their families. Sarudzai Rwafa coordinates a home-based care programme in Buhera District, carrying information and medicines to patients and their families, supporting community home based care communities and spreading AIDS awareness.
